As part of the exhibition Les Gisants en Lumière, come and take a unique tour in the company of the American artist Gael Mooney.

Every summer since 1992, Gael Mooney has come to France to spend several months painting in the Cathedral Basilica of Saint-Denis. For over 30 years, she has explored two main themes: recumbent figures and Gothic light.

Fascinated by the architecture of the cathedral basilica of Saint-Denis, Suger's choir and the recumbent figures that lie there, the artist invites you to discover her artistic world during a special visit. She will guide you through her exhibition in the crypt and to the recumbent figures that inspired her work.
