From a presentation of the stages involved in designing a stained-glass window, based on examples of the basilica's stained-glass windows from the 12th to the 20th century, to iconographic reading and the study of colors, you'll discover one of the major elements of 12th-century pictorial art, which marked the beginning of stained-glass windows in the Ile-de-France region!

In our workshop, you'll create a real stained glass window (glass cutting, lead crimping and soldering).
